Long-form review content was where most of the traffic landed but monetization was buried. I used behavioral data to restructure how and where product recommendations appeared.

Built an interactive quiz experience that helped users narrow down their options based on sleep preferences, budget, and body type. Integrated it directly into high-traffic content pages rather than hiding it behind a separate navigation path. This became the highest-performing conversion initiative on the site, driving a +49% lift in guided purchase outcomes.

Optimization Framework

Every change went through a structured experimentation process. I used mouse tracking audits and behavior flow analysis to identify friction points, then ran hypothesis-driven A/B tests to validate solutions before full rollout.
