I built BowFlex’s JRNY web platform from zero. JRNY.com, subscription onboarding, and account flows, all designed around what makes sense to a brand new member first. 4 years building and growing it.
An internal platform that replaced manual link tracking across every Pillar4 brand. I designed the full interface and the interaction patterns around how the editorial, SEO, product, and paid teams actually work.
I established BowFlex’s first Web UX practice, then owned the ecommerce redesign end to end. Product pages through cart, checkout, and post-purchase, and into the JRNY subscription. Led design across 6 brands, including BowFlex, Schwinn, and Nautilus.

A fitness tracker with an AI conversational coach that keeps users on their goals. Built on the Claude API, with Apple Health and Google Health.
A study companion mapped chapter by chapter to a college Italian textbook. Claude handles quick-translate and chapter parsing; Google text-to-speech voices every Italian phrase.
