Built BowFlex’s JRNY web platform from zero: JRNY.com, subscription onboarding, and account flows designed around what makes sense to a new member first.
An internal platform that replaced manual link tracking across every Pillar4 brand. I designed the full interface and interaction patterns around how editorial, SEO, product, and paid teams actually work.
Established BowFlex’s first Web UX practice, then owned the ecommerce redesign end to end: product pages through cart, checkout, and post-purchase, into the JRNY subscription. Led design across six brands, including BowFlex, Schwinn, and Nautilus.

A fitness tracker with an AI conversational coach that keeps users on their goals. Built on the Claude API, with Apple Health and Google Health.
A study companion mapped chapter by chapter to a college Italian textbook. Claude handles quick-translate and chapter parsing; Google text-to-speech voices every Italian phrase.
